Come forage in the Northern Kettle Moraine as we track down morel
mushrooms. Learn what wild edible goodies are right under our feet.
After the hunt I will show how to make a few simple dishes with the
mushrooms we find. This is a deep woods foraging adventure, in
addition to a culinary treat. Please sign-up early as this class size
will be limited.

A Pig Roast like no other!
A pig prepared by 4 chefs, each taking a section of the beast and
performing their culinary magic. Join us as we pair each of the four
courses with local micro brews, oh yeah we'll even put pig in the
dessert. We will be dining alfresco at a farm in southeast Wisconsin.

bike riding, touring local farms and good local food; the result is
The Tour de Farms. The idea is to reconnect with the people producing
our food and to enjoy one of summer’s greatest pastimes: biking
along country roads. Food, snacks and beverages will be provided along
the route. We will then cap off the day with a farm dinner using
local, seasonal foods.
